You retain ownership of content you post (opportunities, company profiles). By posting, you grant Baltmodus a license to display and distribute your content on the platform.

4. Prohibited Use

• Spam, fake opportunities, or misleading company profiles.
• Harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
• Automated scraping or abuse of APIs.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

6. Limitation of Liability

Baltmodus is provided "as is." We are not liable for the accuracy of matches or business outcomes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
